• Your massage/colorpuncture session will take place in a warm, comfortable quiet room,
• After listening to your needs, a custom massage will be offered to release tensions, blockages and improve circulation, flexibility. Talking during the session may interfere with your body to relax in a deeper level. But if you feel you have to give feedback on the pressure, please do so.
• A light oil or lotion will be used to permit your muscles to be worked on without causing excess friction to the skin. The lubricants used are organic, without chemicals, and will deeply hydrate your skin. You have the choice of lotion or oil combining with a blend of essential oils or not.
• After massage, make sure you have some time for yourself and plenty of water. A good session gives a lot for the body to process physically and emotionally in a positive way. |
